Our state of the art facility houses a variety of manual and CNC machines enabling us to provide a solution for all requirements. We operate using XYZ Machine tools including:
- XYZ SLX555 – Prototrak 3 metre gap bed lathe
- XYZ TC400 – Siemens 828D turning centre
- XYZ750LR – Siemens 828D machining centre
- XYZ1510HD – Siemens 828D heavy duty machining centre with 4th axis and microloc bed system
- XYZ 320LTY – Siemens 828D mill/turn machining centre with MSV80 bar feed up to Ø78mm
- XYZ SMX/SLV – Prototrak Turret Mill
Feritech machining capabilities
Our operators are multi-skilled and program all machines directly or using FeatureCAM Ultimate. We have expertise in machining a wide range of materials such as: ABS, Nylatron, Acetal, Nylon, Aluminium, EN8, EN16/24T, 304/316L Stainless Steel, 17-4pH, 440C Stainless Steel, 416L Stainless Steel and various other alloys.
